Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers announces the acquisition of BioCare Recovery in Yardley, Pennsylvania. This new location will allow more patients to have access to the Kolmac treatment model.
BURTONSVILLE, Md., June 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers is proud to announce that its latest addiction treatment center will be in Yardley, Pennsylvania. With the acquisition of BioCare Recovery, Kolmac will be able to serve even more patients struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
BioCare has provided outpatient addiction treatment in the form of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and individual therapy for the past five years. During this time, the program has developed a reputation for excellence. This reputation will continue now that the center is part of the Kolmac network of intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment centers.
Integrating treatment models and expanding Kolmac's reach into Pennsylvania
Andrew Vitullo, the Founder and Executive Director of BioCare, will become the Vice President of Development at Kolmac. In his new role, Vitullo will work to integrate the two treatment models at Kolmac and BioCare as well as expand Kolmac's footprint. Initially, Kolmac will continue to provide MAT and individual therapy at the Yardley location. However, the team has immediate plans to introduce IOP and continuing care groups to enhance the recovery experience for patients.
