Florida Developer Reports $62M in Sales at Newest Condominium Project in Buckhead
ATLANTA, May 25, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kolter Urban reports a staggering $62 million in sales reservations since announcing its newest condo project in Buckhead, The Dillon. Sales surged after the Palm Beach County, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm launched its temporary sales center a month ago.
Kolter Urban's sales team says most buyers are downsizing from single-family homes and are drawn to the unbeatable location, sleek design and highly appointed features and amenities of The Dillon.
