NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Founding partner, Michael Korsinsky, has been selected to Super Lawyers for the second consecutive year. He manages the firm's litigation groups, which represent clients in matters before different courts and administrative tribunals at various government agencies. He dedicates much of his time to practicing elder law, health law, and construction litigation. Michael is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, as well as the Second Circuit, the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York, the Northern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. Michael is also on the Part 36 appointee list for guardianship matters and is regularly appointed by judges to act as Guardian, Court Evaluator, Attorney for Guardians, and Receiver. Michael is also actively engaged in his community and lends his expertise to charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
Joseph Klein, founding partner, manages the firm's elder law group. He was previously selected to Rising Stars. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York, Joseph brings extensive knowledge and acumen to handling complex trusts and estates. A large part of his practice is devoted to estate planning, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. He also assists clients with Medicaid and long-term care planning and has helped families file petitions for guardianship of their incapacitated loved ones. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Joseph is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Elder Law Section and lectures regularly throughout the state. He also performs pro bono legal work for nonprofit organizations and is on the board of four nonprofit organizations.
