Kukui'ula Announces Two Roads Hospitality As Operating Partner
The South Shore Resort Community Partners with International Boutique and Lifestyle Company to Oversee The Lodge at Kukui'ula
KAUA'I, Hawai'i, Sept. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kukui'ula, Kaua'i's leading luxury resort and residential club community, officially announces Two Roads Hospitality as the operator for The Lodge at Kukui'ula. Kukui'ula debuted The Lodge as a hospitality offering in 2015, bringing newfound luxury to the South Shore of Kaua'i with a collection of luxury Club Cottages, Club Bungalows and Club Villas.
Destination Residences Hawaii, the property management brand under Two Roads Hospitality, will operate The Lodge at Kukui'ula's 38 Club Residences. Available for nightly reservations, the one- to four-bedroom residences feature full-service kitchens, living/dining areas and bathrooms with private outdoor showers. All accommodations also boast spacious indoor-outdoor living areas with furnished lanais and breathtaking views to capture the true ethos of Kaua'i living.
"With The Lodge heading into its fourth year, there couldn't be a better time to welcome Two Roads Hospitality on board," says Richard Albrecht, president of Kukui'ula. "Two Roads is known as a leader in operating independent hotels, and we're thrilled that Kukui'ula will be a part of its impressive collection. We look forward to enhancing the guest experience and driving further awareness to the property, as well as positioning the South Shore as the next great luxury destination."
A haven of barefoot luxury on Kaua'i's sunny South Shore, The Lodge at Kukui'ula pairs private accommodations with exclusive access to the sprawling amenities of The Club at Kukui'ula, including an 18-Hole Tom Weiskopf–designed golf course, an on-site Huaka'i Outfitters shop & adventure guide program, a full-service Hi'ilani spa + fitness center, a 10-acre Upcountry farm & lake, two restaurants, saltwater Makai pools, a kids' club, and more. The Shops at Kukui`ula, located adjacent to community, are home to the islands finest collection of restaurants, shops and galleries in a village like setting. Often called the ultimate playground of the Pacific, Kaua'i offers endless opportunities to explore, while The Lodge at Kukui'ula pampers guests with all the luxury amenities one might expect.
"As a Kaua'i resident, I have a deep appreciation for this island and emerging communities that are true to an authentic sense of place," says Michael Cuthberston, vice president and area managing director of Destination Residences Hawaii. "The synergy between our brand and Kukui'ula is unparalleled, and we're confident the partnership will thrive. The entire team could not be more excited to add such a pristine project to our collection, and we look forward to growing with Kukui'ula."
The Lodge at Kukui'ula will debut new programming heading into 2019, as Hawaii celebrates its 60th anniversary. In addition to current offerings on the Lodge website—including a $1,000 resort credit, the Kaua'i Adventure Experience and the Kaua'i Golf and Spa package —The Lodge will launch 'Intensives' in early 2019, consisting of half-day to full-day itineraries filled with cultural experiences and activities on the island led by Kaua'i natives. Kukui'ula will also unveil 'A Life Changing Week at Kukui'ula' in 2019, which will offer over-the-top experiences and access to the island's hidden gems. Earlier this summer the property kicked off 'The Living Well Yoga Guru Series'—a four-day program available to members and guests. The series invites top yogis from across the country to share their practice through a variety of classes, mediations, discussions and activities.
