With Kurtz POWerBoard, users can use secure connections to their Kurtz machines to:
- INCREASE MACHINE PERFORMANCE by remotely monitoring, benchmarking and visualizing production data across manufacturing sites worldwide.
- REDUCE DOWNTIME by identifying future performance issues and anticipate failures of machine parts.
- IMPROVE QUALITY by recording and analyzing test results, defining best recipes and applying other Standard Process Control (SPC) methods.
- SAVE RESOURCES AND ENERGY by using consumption information to perform advanced analysis and develop predictive models to alert on deviations from normal parameters.
On the request of the users, Kurtz technicians can also connect to the machines to upgrade programs, troubleshoot problems and provide remote assistance.
