We recently overhauled our Video Remote Interpretation service to accommodate the rising demand generated from recent world events. Improvements to this service include broadcast-quality conferencing with up to four participants, 24/7 access to a range of languages including American Sign Language.

Language Link, a language services company based out of Vancouver, Washington, recently overhauled its Video Remote Interpretation service after seeing demand increase due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including requirements for social distancing.

Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) works by connecting an interpreter, who is equipped with a headset and video camera, with people who need assistance communicating in various languages.
