Laramar Group Announces Management Takeover of Boulder Crossroads Apartments

The Laramar Group, a premier national real estate investment and management company, today announced it has taken over management responsibilities of Boulder Crossroads, a commuter-friendly, garden-style apartment community located just off the Boulder Turnpike eight miles northwest of Downtown Denver.

Boulder Crossroads, which offers 322 apartment homes, sits just north of the Boulder Turnpike (Interstate 36) and is a short drive west of Interstate 25, the city’s key north-south thoroughfare. The community is positioned on 12 acres and features a park-like setting with an abundance of trees and a variety of recreational options for residents. The Laramar Group assumed management responsibilities on April 23.

Situated at 7500 Dakin Street, Boulder Crossroads features superb views of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The community is located adjacent to the Pima Medical Institute of Denver and within a short walk of Great Scotts Eatery and Ugly Dog Sports Café. The latter is a bar and grill that includes an outdoor dog park. In addition, Sherrelwood Park is less than a mile north of the community.

Boulder Crossroads offers one- and two-bedroom homes featuring three distinct floor plans. Community amenities include an onsite fitness center, two swimming pools, rentable clubhouse, picnic area with barbecue grills, courtyard, playground and a business center. Residents also have access to nearby hiking trails, laundry facilities in each building and onsite management, courtesy patrol and maintenance.

Apartment interiors at the pet-friendly, recently renovated community include designer flooring, black appliances, stylish finishes, balconies or patios, ceiling fans, central heating/air and double kitchen sinks.
