Large California Trucking Fleet Orders Large Quantity of ReeferShield Units
The inventor of the groundbreaking ReeferShield safety product for refrigerated trucking units, received an order for five hundred units from Gillson Trucking, one of Northern California's largest independent trucking companies.
Gulfport, Miss., June 22, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The ReeferShield, an ingenious safety product for the refrigerated trucking industry, is winning plaudits and recognition throughout the industry. The invention revolves around a strategically designed system of straps and pads that secures any refrigerated trucking (colloquially known as "reefer") unit door effectively. These units are utilized to store climate-sensitive goods like milk, ice cream, some varieties of produce, meat, fish and the like.
The groundbreaking ReeferShield safety innovation was invented, designed and prototyped by John Hadley, a professional trucker who has driven long-distance refrigerated semi-trailers for over three decades. As well, the United States Patent Office recently granted an issued patent to Mr. Hadley for the invention. So, the Mississippi resident is eager to commence full commercialization of the ReeferShield through a multi-pronged approach, one that includes patent licensing, direct product sales and other effective commercialization methods.
The most recent illustration of the industry's embrace of Mr. Hadley's safety innovation is from one of Northern California's largest independent truck operators, Gillson Trucking Inc. "We see the value in ReeferShield on many levels, from safety to loss mitigation" Gillson co-founders Bikramjit and Harsimran Singh declared in a recent letter to John Hadley. "It is our intent to install ReeferShield on all of our refrigerated trailers", the founders wrote, "and to share some units with our valued constituents around the U.S."
To that end, the Stockton, California-headquartered company has submitted an order for five hundred units to be installed on their own fleet of over two hundred trucks along with those of other entities. Notably, Gillson's decision was made after consideration of the ReeferShield's safety benefits and how those benefits serve the company's emphasis on "safety first."
This is a noteworthy milestone for Mr. Hadley, his business partner and wife Barbara Hadley and the whole Reefer Shield venture. While the product has already earned plenty of accolades from other stakeholders, an official recommendation and sizable order from a prominent industry firm Committee is an endorsement of unprecedented significance.
However, the Reefer Shield team is always seeking out new business relationships with stakeholders of all kinds to further spread adoption of its breakthrough innovation. If you or your organization would like to reach out to the Hadleys, you may reach them through their website, ReeferShield.com (http://www.reefershield.com). As well, through that site, you can gain access to additional ReeferShield materials – including photos and a brief demonstration video.
