Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) November 29, 2014 -- Sharing the secrets of sugar artistry is a task that Chef Sonny Robinson thoroughly enjoys. He does so at the Pastry Palace, where several types of decorating classes are offered each month.
"As each new group of interested students enters the classroom, the air fills with excitement and anticipation. Almost nothing is as rewarding as teaching someone how to craft a confectionery masterpiece, except perhaps, doing it yourself," shares Chef Sonny, the master baker and decorator at the Pastry Palace. He also has this to say about his classes, "Each class is filled with sweet scents, buttery icings, and individualized attention, ensuring that each student receives the instruction needed to learn how to properly style, design, swirl, coat, and craft a sugary work of genius."
Chef Sonny has more than 15 years of culinary background. His skills include cake sculpting, modeling chocolate, sugar blowing, fondant, icings, and patisserie. Having worked at some of the top bakeries in Las Vegas and California, Chef Sonny is a gifted and talented master of sugar artistry. He is proud to offer a delightful assortment of decorating and pastry classes, all of which are available at the Pastry Palace of Las Vegas.
One and two-day decorating courses are available for anyone who is interested in learning embellishing techniques from Chef Sonny.
