Latitude Margaritaville Wins 55+ Community Of The Year Award
Latitude Margaritaville--developed and built by Minto Communities in Daytona Beach, Florida--has been honored with the prestigious 55+ Community Of The Year Award, presented by Private Communities Registry (PCR). The formal presentation was made on Feb. 19 at the annual International Builders Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.

The formal presentation was made on Feb. 19 at the annual International Builders Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.
The winning property is one of three open or planned Latitude Margaritavilles, all inspired by the music and lifestyle of singer/songwriter/author Jimmy Buffett.
