Atlanta experience design agency Launch has hired Shannon Delaney as Executive Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy to bring forth a new service for their clients: expert brand and marketing strategy consulting.

Shannon has had over two decades of background in the brand experience and integrated marketing strategy space. Before joining Launch, Shannon worked with some of the world's most formidable brands as an agency brand planner (Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Walgreens, Smith & Wesson, Pergo) as well as internally owning the global brand strategy for Kids2 with Baby Einstein, Bright Starts, etc. Shannon has helped Coca-Cola roll out new brands and products, performed customer research and built immersive shopping experiences for The Home Depot, and brought a digital & mobile first mindset to Kids2 to help shift the brand experience so they could grow more share of Millennial moms. She is now bringing that experience to Launch to help agency customers extend their brand DNA into the digital space to create more growth opportunities for their companies.
