LaunchPoint to Hire 40 New Employees in 2013
Itasca, IL (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- LaunchPoint, a provider of cloud-based healthcare analytic solutions and services, announced today that it is hiring 40 new employees by year-end to support customer growth for its two divisions, Ajilitee and Discovery Health Partners, increasing total headcount to more than 100.
LaunchPoint’s growth stems from new customer wins and an expansion of current customer engagements. The company’s revenue grew 130% in 2012 over 2011, and is expected to increase close to 100% in 2013.

LaunchPoint is more than quadrupling its office space this year. In March, LaunchPoint relocated its corporate headquarters to Itasca, IL, to a 9,200 square foot office space with another 7,700 square feet currently under negotiation. The larger office supports an expanded call center and a new onsite Development Center. Both onsite and offshore development centers were established to more quickly and cost-effectively deliver critical, time-sensitive customer projects that require productive and skilled IT resources.
A new employee wellness program, named “Swellness,” also recently launched to build a healthy corporate culture and establish LaunchPoint as a premier employer in the Chicago area. The program includes a Wednesday Walking Club, monthly Fitness Fridays, healthy snacks in the office, and support for health-focused initiatives.

Some of LaunchPoint’s positions have been filled, including a number of leadership posts for both Ajilitee and Discovery Health Partners. LaunchPoint currently is seeking to fulfill open positions for Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Call Center Representatives and a senior Marketing role. Approximately 80% of LaunchPoint’s employees are based in Itasca, IL.
Discovery Health Partners provides “intelligent” cost containment solutions to health plans, self-funded employer groups, and government agencies for improved recovery, savings, revenue optimization and cost avoidance outcomes. Ajilitee provides consulting and hosted services for healthcare analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, information management and cloud enablement.
