Lawsuits filed in Texas supporting small businesses neglected by big banks

The lawsuits address the fact that these banks were not equipped to handle the loans and small business clients were left with nothing, despite representations that their loan applications would be properly handled. These loans were supposed to be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Instead, the lawsuits allege, these banks pick and chose who would get processed. Oftentimes, they neglected to communicate to their clients about status, even before it became too late and the fund initially ran out of money.
