About the author
James M. Kramon is a lawyer and co-founder of Kramon & Graham, P. A., in Baltimore, Maryland. He formerly served in several positions in the Tax Division of the Justice Department and as a clerk for a U.S. Circuit Judge in Chicago. He also served as an Assistant United States Attorney for four years. Additionally, he has taught at several law schools and has published 80 articles and seven books, including “You Don’t Need a Lawyer” and “Smart Business for Contractors: A Guide to Money and the Law.”
