For the seventh-straight year, London Computer Systems is named a Top Workplace in Greater Cincinnati. President and CEO, David Hegemann, is honored this year with Leadership Best In Show Award.
CINCINNATI, July 3, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager® property management software and other business-critical technologies, has been named one of the Enquirer Media "Top Workplaces" in Cincinnati for the seventh consecutive year. LCS ranked second in the mid-size company category, and President and CEO, David Hegemann, received the Best in Show Award for Leadership among all companies and leaders nominated.
Energage identifies the area's Top Workplaces each year by going straight to the source: the employees. A survey that measures company details—including work-life balance, leadership, company values, benefits, and more—collects insights from nearly 40,000 people working at 184 nominated companies throughout the Cincinnati region. Results are aggregated and announced in the spring.
LCS employees put the company on the Top 100 list once again in 2018 by commending the company for its dedication to culture, compensation, and philosophy in the Energage questionnaire. Since employees first heard about the survey opportunity in 2012, LCS has applied for inclusion—and won the distinction of a Top Cincinnati Workplace—every year.

Incorporated in 1987, LCS has enjoyed a steady growth of 16-20% in overall sales for the last 18 years. Thanks to a flourishing employee base—jumping from 25 employees in 2006, to 267 as of June 2018—LCS said goodbye to its former home in Loveland, Ohio in 2016, relocating to a state-of-the-art, 77,000-square-foot technology campus in Deerfield Township. The new building can accommodate 425 employees, a figure that LCS leadership hopes to reach in the next two years.
The relocation marks the sixth facility that LCS has inhabited in its three-decade history and proves a development trajectory that demonstrates the prowess of the company, its products, and most of all, its dedicated employees.
