Popular Natural Gas Event Series Launches Adjusted 2020 Program in Response to Coronavirus Restrictions
HOUSTON, June 2, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The LDC Gas Forums, US-Mexico Natural Gas Forum, and Gulf Coast Energy Forum series consisting of six annual events, each focused on key natural gas market regions across North America, today released a modified program for the remainder of 2020, as follows:
- LDC Gas Forum Northeast – Aug. 17 – 19, 2020 – Boston, MA (25th year)
- LDC Gas Forum Mid-Continent – Sep. 14 – 16, 2020 – Chicago, IL (32nd year)
- Gulf Coast Energy Forum – Oct. 12 – 14, 2020 – New Orleans, LA (2nd year)
- US-Mexico Natural Gas Forum – Nov. 9 – 11, 2020 – San Antonio, TX (4th year)
- LDC Gas Forum Rockies & West – Nov. 30 – Dec. 2, 2020 – Denver, CO (16th year)
- The LDC Gas Forum Southeast 2020 was cancelled and will resume in Atlanta, GA in April 2021
Modifications to the 2020 program series were required to respond to social distancing guidelines and restrictions affecting each of the locations where the events take place. Hotel arrangements for each of the venues have already been secured. Program planning, including agenda topics, speakers and sponsors is progressing well with details to be announced shortly.
In the event that local officials extend social distancing guidelines and restrictions for any of the locations planned for this program, additional information, including possible schedule changes, will be communicated immediately. Event producers, working in conjunction with hotel venues, have adopted rigorous standard operating practices and procedures to counter the spread of the virus.
