Since 2017, Givray began offering his Leadership’s Calling® program to a diverse cohort comprising of 16-18 participants with various titles and roles including executives and managers at all levels, business owners, individual practitioners and high-potentials from all types and sizes of organizations representing varied industries and professions. Today Givray is announcing a new CEO & Senior Management Team Program.
“I’ve always recognized that the diversity within the regular program adds a powerful learning element to the participant experience. At the same time, I also knew how compelling and consequential it would be for a senior management team including the CEO participating together in this unique leadership learning program,” Givray said.
Last fall and into 2021, Givray facilitated a specialized version of Leadership’s Calling® for Derek Maunus, CEO of GILLIG, and his eight-person senior management team. Based in Livermore, California, GILLIG is the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses in the United States. Noticing the success this experience brought and its impact on the senior team, individually and collectively, Givray decided to officially launch this new Leadership’s Calling® program specifically for CEOs (or heads of an organization) and their senior management teams. The program comprises six to eight 4½-hour Zoom sessions plus at least one in-person session at the company’s home city. He and the CEO determine the amount and scheduling of sessions.
“The value and impact of this program is three-fold,” Givray said. “First, senior team executives will decidedly and notably expand their leadership capacity to consciously and with intention make positive and lasting impacts on the performance and long-term success of their company as well as on the lives of the people they serve.
