WICHITA, Kan., May 28, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Leading Technology Composites (LTC), one of the nation's largest and most diverse composite armor designers and manufacturers, today announced that it has successfully acquired the business assets and contracts of ArmorStruxx, a Lodi, California company.

While the terms of the asset acquisition are not public, the contracts and key equipment will be transitioned to LTC's Wichita, Kansas manufacturing facilities beginning immediately.
