Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) October 17, 2013 -- The nonprofit Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) will run a comprehensive program of lean management workshops in Los Angeles November 19-22, 2013, that will show executives and managers how to implement and sustain management systems, behaviors, and company cultures.
Workshops include sessions on lean leadership, change management, value-stream mapping, coaching, 5S principles, visual management, problem solving, basic principles, how to apply lean concepts in high-variety/low-volume manufacturing, and much more.
The workshops will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Marriott Marina Del Rey, 4100 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA.
Lean Workshop Tuition
One-day workshops are $800. Two-day workshops are $1,600. Prices include tuition, training materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day.
