About the Author
LeCount R. Davis, CFP is a certified financial planner and registered investment adviser. He is the chairman emeritus for the Association of African Financial Advisors (AAAA). He lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife Jewel. He is dedicated to his vision and mission that God blessed him to provide the African American people with the financial guidance and advice necessary to improve their social-economic conditions. He has a bachelor and master's degrees in accountancy from Southeastern University in Washington, D.C. and a diploma from the College for Financial Planning at Denver, Colorado. He was the first black person to receive the certified financial planning designation.
