Lenbrook will roll out K4Community in phases. The first phase will include K4Community's content creation, management, publishing, and digital signage platform, along with K4Community's resident and family application that provides access to community content, community services and a private social network. The second phase includes expanded smart capabilities, which will be available at the upcoming Kingsboro at Lenbrook community opening in 2022. Once the phase-in is complete, Lenbrook residents and staff will have access to:
