Lennar Corporation embraces immersive technology for one of it's South Carolina master-planned communities by partnering with SkyNav™, a leader in aerial to ground 360°, 3D and VR experiences by launching their most advanced tour to date.

SkyNav™ brings every inch to life to this large scale community by way of stunning 360º immersive aerial to ground spherical imagery that is VR ready. Each tour is chocked full of interactive elements including Matterport 3D tours, image galleries, YouTube videos, ambient sounds for realism, and trackable actions that allow potential homebuyers to explore the Low-country as if they were already home. As a result of this immersive system, SkyNav™ tours enjoy upwards of 5-25 minutes time on-site per visitor.
