Leonard Simpson, RFC® Named the International Association of Registered Financial Consultant's New CEO
The International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC®) welcomes Leonard Simpson, RFC®, AIF® to the Association as the new Chief Executive Officer. Simpson, a managing partner with 20/20 Financial Advisors of Sacramento located in Folsom, CA is poised to start his new position January 2022.
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio, Dec. 21, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- With over 30 years in financial services, Simpson quickly rose through the ranks of management, holding positions in corporate management, ultimately returning to private practice. As the CEO of the IARFC, he is actively relying on that experience to meet the goals of the Trustees. He is the communication link between the Trustees, the Chapters, and the Home Office, therefore keeping the Trustees up-to-date on how their plans are working outside the Board room.
With his new responsibilities, Leonard will be bringing people together to share the culture of the Association and to foster its dedication to serving members and ultimately their clients. With his admitted passion for leading and growing associations, he has a high degree of commitment to expanding the IARFC.
"I have always had a passion for leading and growing associations, which continues to hold true with the role of CEO," maintains Simpson. "I am honored to be chosen to lead this great Association and continue promoting the purpose and vision for our members and the clients we serve."
Internally working with the Home Office, Simpson pledges to support the family oriented-culture of the IARFC by fostering an atmosphere of appreciation and respect. He is invested in managing the Association's resources to increase quality of life and work/life balance.
"I heartily welcome Leonard as the new Chief Executive Officer," confirms IARFC Chair and former CEO, Dr. H. Stephen Bailey, MRFC®. "I would not turn over this leadership to just anyone. Leonard brings to our Association the experience, knowledge, and personal empathy that aligns with our attitudes towards our members, the public at large, and our own team members. I wish him success as he starts his new position."
