Lifetime's Military Makeover with Montel is on a Mission To Inspire Communities in Helping Members of the Military and their Families - Season 4 Premiers May 31st
Military Makeover creates a dynamic mission of "paying it forward" by giving the gift of a beautiful home to military veterans and their families across the country through remodels, renovations and other generous gifts provided by equally passionate national brands.
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., June 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Friday, May 31st, Military Makeover with Montel premiers its fourth season with a complete home makeover for Air Force Veteran Cody Willett, his wife Jessica and their two young children. Cody was severely injured in a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) explosion which left him with a fractured lower spine, dislocated shoulder and damage to his ankle. He also suffers from the invisible wounds of Post -Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
In true Military Makeover style, host Montel Williams, the cast and crew, and key partnerships with national brands such as Simon, The Home Depot, Goodman Manufacturing, Jdog Junk Removal and Hauling, MyComputerCareer and Tarkett, completely transform Cody and Jessica Willett's home and address the family's unique needs in an effort to help improve their daily lives. The Military Makeover team comes armed with building supplies, designs, furniture, gifts and much more from the generous partnerships that the show cultivates. This process also involves local companies from the community and invites any and all volunteers to step up and lend a hand in support of the Willett family throughout the short SEVEN day process of renovation. The final reveal unites cast, brand partners and volunteers, creating a literal street party of support celebrating the change they created together. These reveal episodes always inspire smiles and tears as the crowd sees the fruit of their efforts displayed on the amazed and delighted faces of the deserving veteran family.
