Kevin Sparkman received his juris doctorate degree from The University of Florida in 2003. While in law school he worked as a certified legal intern for the Alachua County State Attorney's office. Upon Kevin's graduation from law school, he worked as an assistant state attorney in Tampa, Florida, where he tried numerous cases. As an assistant state attorney, he handled hundreds of cases and tried over 25 jury trials. Mr. Sparkman obtained valuable litigation experience, knowledge and training during his years of working as a prosecutor. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court in the Middle District of Florida. After two years at the State Attorney's office, Kevin began working at a plaintiff's personal injury firm in Bradenton, Florida. Kevin returned to Tampa several years later and has now been practicing in the field of plaintiff's personal injury law for over 15 years. He is a professional member of the Florida Bar, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers, the Florida Justice Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
