Lincoln Military Housing Announces New Position Aimed at Elevating Customer Experience and Southwest Navy Announces New Regional Vice President

Lincoln Military Housing announces the promotion of Gail Miller, former Regional Vice President for Southwest Region, to the National Vice President of Special Projects.

Gail joined Lincoln Military Housing in 2003 and has led the Southwest Navy Region since 2011. She has been in the property management industry for over 29 years and has managed all residential and commercial real estate types. In her new role, Gail will work closely with leadership to ensure we provide a consistent experience for our residents and team members, no matter where they work or live. Lincoln Military Housing is excited to announce that Daniel Turkin has joined the company as the new Regional Vice President, Southwest Navy. Daniel comes with a wealth of experience within the property management industry, most recently serving as the Senior Director of Operations for Hunt Companies, Hawaii portfolio.

In his new role, Daniel will be responsible for managing Lincoln Military Housing’s Southwest Navy’s portfolio of more than 12,700 homes. Daniel’s leadership skills, industry expertise, and broad knowledge of privatized housing all prepare him for success.
