“My Invention Testimony”: a resounding reminder to everyone to always go back to the Lord no matter how busy they are doing their daily stuff. “My Invention Testimony” is the creation of published author Linda T.C., a woman who always thought church time was getting money from her parents, going to the store, buying candy for a penny or ten cents for a bar, attending Sunday school, then Sunday service, which was the time for eating the candy she bought. She has been surrounded by a church environment but wasn’t introduced to the salvation of Jesus Christ until the summer of 1981.
Linda T.C. writes, “The title My Invention Testimony came from the journal I kept as I worked on my invention called ‘Food Separators.’ As I was being introduced to the world of inventions, I persevered through a lot of frustrations and hostile ordeals during my learning experiences. I’ve heard in several sermons from various pastors, including my own, that when one commits themselves to carry out an assignment for God, one would most likely experience an aloofness of family and friends. What a true statement. I did lose closeness with my family, biological and Christian alike. I became like a plague to them because I no longer did the things I use to do. I wanted, as well as needed, to spend as much time with the Lord as possible. My desire to spend more time with Him brought about undesirable situations with people of whom I used to have a closeness to. Not only did I have personal attacks, but in terms of business, it has been a long and tough journey with my endeavors to get prototypes of my invention, as well as making decisions to manufacture license or self-distribute.
“As I stated before, I had no thoughts of writing a book, but I was obedient to God. This book is an actual testimony of almost everything that I’ve gone through to get this far with my invention. I say almost, because I’m not finished with publicizing my invention, and it is not yet fully on the market. I’ve done two illustrations with self-made prototypes, and they were a big hit. Everyone liked them, but I still have a long way to go.
“I thank God for His vision and for allowing me to partner with Him in sharing the experience of this venture.”
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Linda T.C.’s new book is a contemporary narrative that urges the readers to trust God’s process, plan, and perfect timing.
This book exhibits how God guides everyone in decision making and makes everything right in accordance with His will.
