Evangelos Halkias, CEO of LINK83 LLC, said, "The new molding process will integrate new quicker processes that will reduce polishing, detailing, and waxing needs by 7 steps. Mold drying times are 20 times faster in the forms. The placement of gems is enhanced by new robotic machine arms which brings more stability in gem placement. This eliminates the loose stone inquires brought to our attention on the first 10 run batches." RED Keep has infused these new steps to not only increase production and quality control, but to utilize monetized space. Plant workers create an increase in manufacturing processes 4 fold. This increase is due to the space integration on the plant floor. Machine integration enhances ability to scale production runs. Rolling systems will also be integrated on the packaging line creating more automation. Boxing will be completely automated mid September, packaging 200 units per set.
Red Keep and LINK83 LLC will come together to expand on past inventory and blend new inventory to create a seamless integration of pieces. The company is excited at this time and is looking forward to this newly formed partnership. Robotic manufacturing arms are to be integrated in early September. Production enhancements will be set in motion where all arms are in place. Red Keep and its new line will be an exception to what is currently being sought after. Packaging has also been streamlined and more on the green energy front. Recycled packaging cuts costs almost 23 percent. Focus on this green partnership has been a wonderful opportunity for the RED Keep family. The new practices of integration, publicity, robotics, green endeavors, and streamlined manufacturing will bring material cost down substantially. The world is connecting in many ways at this harmonious time. We believe this partnership has enabled us to take a few systems and complement one another in a synergistic blend of all of our professions.
