Lintech Components Passes QMS-9090 Audit for Second Consecutive Year
Ronkonkoma, NY (PRWEB) October 30, 2014 -- Lintech Components, a leading distributor of military and industrial components, was recently recertified by the Independent Distributors of Electronics Association (IDEA) for adherence to the IDEA-QMS-9090 Quality Management System Standard for Independent Distributors.
This standard incorporates intensive requirements to assist independent distributors in aligning to industry best practices for component authenticity inspection procedures, vendor management, and more. IDEA-QMS-9090 is an all-encompassing quality management system that builds upon earlier IDEA standards including IDEA-STD-1010, Acceptability of Electronic Components Distributed in the Open Market, and the IDEA-ICE-3000 Professional Inspector Certification Exam. Lintech and its on-site inspectors are certified to all the above-mentioned standards.
