Lisa Rawlins Advances to Senior Vice President of Health Care for SRG Technology
Ft. Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) January 30, 2014 -- At its quarterly management meeting in Ft. Lauderdale, software development firm SRG Technology (SRGT) announced the appointment of Lisa Rawlins to Senior Vice President of the company’s full-fledged Health Care vertical. Ms. Rawlins joined SRG Technology in December 2012 to head up the company’s Health Care Solutions Group.
In 2013, as SRGT’s Director of Health Care, Lisa Rawlins spearheaded the company’s flagship project - TopCare powered by BlenderHealth. In partnership with Massachusetts General Hospital’s Laboratory of Computer Science, SRGT deployed the Hospital’s Population Health Management System on the Blender platform for the Hospital’s Boston-based Partners HealthCare system.
Ms. Rawlins has more than 20 years of experience in health policy in both the public and private sectors - serving as Executive Director of the South Florida Regional Extension Center; Director of Quality and Process Improvement for Broward Health; Director of the Florida Center for Health Information and Policy Analysis at the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA); and Senior Policy Analyst for the Florida House of Representatives Committee on Health Care.
Ms. Rawlins, a nationally-recognized health care leader, author and public speaker, has held several local, state and national leadership roles including: Vice President, ARCH-IT; Board Member of the Florida Sterling Council and South Florida HIMSS Chapter; Workgroup Member, AHCA Legal Workgroup for HIT; member of the South Florida Hospital and Health Care Association Legislative and HIT Workgroup; member of the Certification Commission Health Information Technology’s Health Information Exchange Workgroup, National Quality Forum Additional Hospital Priorities Workgroup; Committee Chair of the South Florida Association of Hospitals and Health Care Quality Committee; and Ad-Hoc member of the Florida Medical Association Quality Committee.
