Her presentation will be targeted to the Spanish-speaking community in Westchester and will focus on the legal and financial aspects of estate planning.

Her presentation will be targeted to the Spanish-speaking community in Westchester and will focus on the legal and financial aspects of estate planning.
This is the seventh year that Elizabeth has been conducting this presentation in Spanish at Senior Law Day in White Plains. She says, "Doing this seminar is particularly important to me given that it is targeted to the Latino community, for whom language access is an ongoing issue. I'm a firm believer that true access to this information is essential in supporting a senior's autonomy in decision-making. I feel a responsibility to ensure that those in my own community are able to understand these important issues."
Her presentation begins at 11:00AM and is titled "Planificación de Bienes: Testamentos, Cuidados Médicos y Finanzas." In response to the demand for this information in Spanish, Elizabeth also presented this topic in June at Senior Law Day at the Yonkers Riverfront Library.
Elizabeth focuses her practice in elder law, guardianship, trusts and estates, special needs planning and asset protection. She is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA®) by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). Elizabeth is fluent in Spanish and involved with various advocacy organizations that assist the Spanish-speaking senior communities of Westchester County and New York City.
She is also a frequent presenter to consumer and professional groups addressing the legal and financial issues affecting our senior population.
