PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Liv Foods, Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with the largest natural foods distributor in the United States, UNFI. Starting January 2020, all five LivBar flavors will be available at all 23 of UNFI's United States distribution centers.
LivBars are a USDA Certified Organic hand-baked energy bar that has gained rapid traction in the market in the last year, quickly achieving national distribution, securing several large multi-chain accounts, and winning an impressive string of awards since Wade Brooks came on as CEO in early 2019.
"In less than a year, we've gone from having no distribution partners to working with seven, including KeHE and now UNFI, the two largest natural foods distributors in the nation," says Brooks. LivBars are made from certified organic plant-based, low-allergen ingredients, have complex superfood flavor profiles, and are baked for a texture that is both crunchy and chewy. All five flavors are vegetarian and two are vegan.The bars are gluten free, GMO free, peanut free, corn free, dairy free, and soy free. They even come in a home-compostable wrapper, which the LivBar team hopes will set a new standard for the bar industry at large.
