The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the join button located in the top right corner of the LiveDeposition homepage, or through a link included in the email invitations sent out when an event is originally scheduled. Once logged in, attorneys will be able to see and utilize two main components; a robust “My Calendar” view, and an interactive “My Files” view.
The “My Calendar” view displays the current month and lists all online litigation events that an attorney has been invited to. From this view, attorneys are able to select an event and review its complete details, including case name, date/time, witness, as well as any case specific digital exhibit files. From the “My Calendar” view, attorneys will also be able to quickly join online depositions, trials, hearings, and arbitrations using a one click connection operation.
From the “My Files” view attorneys will be able to upload, organize, and manage all digital files that are to be used as exhibits. This view also allows attorneys to review online exhibits shared by other attorneys, view details of all exhibits submitted during a particular event, and download all submitted or shared exhibit files.
