‘Living the American Dream’ Shares How the Author’s Parents Established Their Own Company
SYLVA, N.C. (PRWEB) May 12, 2017 -- Inspired by her parents accomplishments, Patricia A. Jordan wrote “Living the American Dream” (published by WestBow Press) to share how her parents, M. G. and June Bell, established their own company and were able to “live the American Dream.”
Starting with her parent’s humble beginnings, the author details how M. G. and June Bell achieved their American Dream. After WWII, they met and married in a few months. Within two decades, despite being raised impoverished and their ups and downs along the way, her parents achieved success by establishing the souvenir wholesale company, Cherokee Supply Co., in Whittier, North Carolina. Jordan’s parents ran the business together for nearly 40 years and became millionaires.
Jordan wants readers to understand that “The American Dream is achievable for most Americans.”
