Llanfair's New Director of Environmental Services Focuses on Dynamic Projects
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) October 21, 2013 -- Llanfair, a continuing care retirement community serving southwest Ohio, announced the hire of David Luce as director of environmental services.
Luce's responsibilities include supervising the Cincinnati retirement village's maintenance department as well as project planning and coordination.
Prior to joining Llanfair, Luce spent 10 years at Cincinnati Eye Institute as director of facilities.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas Moore College, in Crestview Hills, Ky., and currently is enrolled in the MBA program at his alma mater.
Luce's skills will be focused on several dynamic projects, including a new rehabilitation center, improved irrigation for more gorgeous landscapes and updated shared spaces for independent seniors.
Llanfair's new rehab center, opening in Spring 2014, will be private, comfortable and peaceful. Private suites, individual showers, flat-screen TVs, fridges, and power recline and lift-assist chairs all help Cincinnati seniors concentrate on healing and returning home.
