“I am so proud that our company has earned Great Place to Work Certification. We have worked hard to ensure our company culture is one that is family-oriented, supportive, and uplifting. Even with the significant growth our company has experienced in recent years, we’ve managed to hold on to the culture that makes LCS so great,” said Rachel Huizenga, Director of Human Resources at LCS.

In addition to a consistent positive experience in the workplace, 94% of LCS employees asserted that the company’s facilities contributed to a good working environment, 93% stated that management is honest and ethical in its business practices, and 93% affirmed that “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.”
