Longfellow’s Keystone Technology Park Welcomes Laird Technologies
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (PRWEB) May 21, 2018 -- Longfellow Real Estate Partners will welcome Laird Technologies to their bustling 806,000 square feet Keystone Technology Park.
Laird will take nearly 18,000 square feet of new Class-A office and technology lab space in Keystone Tech 8 at 629 Davis Drive.
Keystone Technology Park is one of Research Triangle's premier life science and technology developments, housing state of the art labs and highly innovative workspace. Laird’s move into Keystone Technology Park puts them side by side with some of the Triangle’s leading research and technology companies.
Longfellow Real Estate Partners found itself with a 95,000 square feet vacant building at Tech 8 in early 2017 after Syngenta moved to their new campus just a few miles up Davis Drive. Longfellow has since leased the building to 96% occupancy with the addition of Freudenberg IT, Affordable Care, and Laird Technologies.

The brokers involved in the lease deal are Neill Sherron of Longfellow and Michael Morgan of JLL who represented Laird on site selection and lease negotiation.
