“There’s a growing need for sales teams to collaborate globally, especially among enterprise companies,” explains Zak Hemraj, CEO and Co-Founder of Loopio. “With Loopio’s new multi-language capabilities, organizations can curate global expertise and quickly complete RFPs in different languages.”
TORONTO (PRWEB) February 06, 2020
Loopio, the leading provider of Request for Proposal (RFP) response software, is announcing the addition of a new Multi-Language Library to its platform. Starting today, Loopio users can now complete RFPs in French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, in addition to English.
Loopio stores content—such as product information, marketing messages, and other sales knowledge—in a centralized Library so that it can be easily deployed in RFPs.
Now, Loopio users can store content in multiple languages within their Library, and use the platform’s advanced search functionality to find answers to questions in all five languages—even if the search terms are not an exact match. Loopio’s intelligent automation features can also detect and suggest the correct answer to an RFP question across these languages, saving users time in the response process.
Over the past year, Loopio has seen an organic increase in customers logging non-English RFPs, especially among companies that operate across multiple continents. The platform’s multi-language capabilities will help these organizations respond to RFPs more consistently and accurately, no matter which region their sales teams are serving.
“There’s a growing need for sales teams to collaborate globally, especially among enterprise companies,” explains Zak Hemraj, CEO and Co-Founder of Loopio. “With Loopio’s new multi-language capabilities, organizations can curate expertise from team members around the world and quickly complete RFPs in different languages—all from a single system. This ensures they’re putting their best foot forward in every sales interaction, which gives them a competitive advantage in international markets.”
The Multi-Language Library is one of many platform enhancements that Loopio has undergone in the past couple of months, including new content management tools and integrations with Google Chrome and Slack.
Loopio has been adopted by more than 750 world-leading organizations since 2014, including BDO, DocuSign, Fed-Ex, Eventbrite, IBM, Sprinklr, and Thomson Reuters.
More information about the Multi-Language Library can be found on the Loopio blog.
