Louisville Paving & Construction is thrilled to announce their new Human Resources Director, Kurt Krug. Krug brings over a decade of HR experience to the company in both Director and Vice President roles spanning multiple industries.
A results-based business leader, Krug possesses experiences across divisions with deep expertise in business administration, human resources, process innovation, and technology. LPC President, Joe Dougherty, supports this saying, “Kurt Krug is a Human Resources expert with years of experience in several industries. Working in both manufacturing and construction for more than a decade, Krug joins LPC from INOAC USA, Inc. where his most recent role was Vice President of Human Resources, Communications, & Governmental Affairs. As VP, he provided strategic direction for North American operations for over a dozen manufacturing plants, encompassing over 3,000 team members.
Mr. Krug has been active in numerous professional associations and held numerous memberships. He has served on the board for Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board (KWIB), Federation Advanced Manufacturing Education (KY FAME), and Original Equipment Supplier Association (OESA). He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Dougherty is confident that Krug will make an immediate impact on the company saying, “I expect Kurt to raise the profile of the HR Department and to leverage its efforts in support of our overall corporate strategy. He’ll also add tactical contributions to our Senior Management Team, given his strong leadership skills.”
