The Loyalty360 Technology Today and Clarity Reports will work as road maps for brands looking for best in class approaches, tactics and partners.

Loyalty360, the association for customer loyalty, is proud to announce the release of its first two industry reports, Technology Today and Clarity Reports. These will be released Spring and Fall 2019, respectively.

Brands and vendors alike have voiced their need for comprehensive industry understanding of available technology. Loyalty360 Industry Reports are based on a thoroughly vetted and understood group of marketplace best-in-class suppliers that will offer marketers greater transparency, insight, ease, and confidence in their selection process.

The Technology Today Report is Loyalty360’s first look at the customer loyalty industry with an assessment of the suppliers, technologies, agencies, and consultancies that are driving the market. It will also assess the challenges and opportunities that brand marketers face.

The Loyalty360 Clarity Reports will follow the initial Technology Today Report. These individual reports will look at CX, CDP, mobile, and Customer Loyalty technologies individually and allocate separate reports for agencies and consultancies.

The initial Loyalty360 Technology Today Report will be during released during Loyalty360’s annual Loyalty Expo this May, with the Clarity Reports to be released later this year.
