The residence will now have an onsite sales agent present everyday to walk visitors through the developments upscale units and amenities. As part of safety protocol, all visitors will be required to complete a health questionnaire and wear a mask when entering the property. The reopening comes after the residence implemented strict COVID-19 safety protocols to protect residents and staff.
During the height of the pandemic in New Jersey, One Park and its developer, DMG Investments, responded by activating an emergency plan to ensure safety on the property, including daily and hourly disinfecting of common areas, distributing masks and cleaning supplies to tenants who could not find them in retail stores and closing amenity spaces. The company also took steps to support the broader community. In April, One Park donated more than 1,000 masks to first responders and healthcare workers in Cliffside Park in partnership with the Mayor’s Office.
