M.K. Rittenhouse & Sons Ltd. acquires Patriot Enterprises Ltd.

GRIMSBY, Ontario, Nov. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Canada's 105-year-old leading manufacturer and distributer of sprayer equipment and sprayer parts, M.K. Rittenhouse & Sons Ltd. ("Rittenhouse") announces the acquisition of Patriot Enterprises Ltd ("Patriot"), a 32 year old North American distributor of flags, flag poles and signs.

Patriot will retain its name, continue to service all clients, and will offer all the same product lines. While John Snoei, founder of Patriot, is looking forward to his retirement, John will continue to be involved for an initial transition period and then remain on in an advisory/consulting capacity. Rittenhouse's Sales Manager, Toni Mallabar, will become General Manager of Patriot post transaction.
