Aslani-Far was recognized by Lawdragon in the areas of M&A, Corporate Governance, and Activist Defense. A member of the firm’s Corporate Practice, he focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic public company mergers and acquisitions (including take-private transactions), corporate governance, and shareholder activism and takeover defense.
