M. Grisafe Architects and Patterson Construction Group Collaborate to Complete Modern Surgery Center in Long Beach, California

LONG BEACH, Calif., Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- M. Grisafe Architects, a commercial and residential architect in Long Beach, and Patterson Construction Group, a Long Beach General Contracting company, recently completed an extensive remodel of a Long Beach building to turn it into a state-of-the-art surgical and rehabilitation center.

The surgical and rehabilitation center is run by two doctors who will be using it to help patients with pain management. The center takes a unique, holistic approach that is tailored to the individual's specific needs, incorporating elements of physical therapy and psychiatry, and when needed, surgery and pain medication. Their goal is to help their patients reclaim their lives from debilitating pain without a heavy dependence on medication.

M. Grisafe Architect and Patterson Construction Group were chosen for this project based on their understanding of and experience with older buildings and the challenges they present. The team turned the 1964 building into a modern facility, complete with two operating rooms and a physical therapy room. The interior features a spa-like design that incorporates rustic elements.
