Maetrics Completes Acquisition Of UK-Based High Edge Consulting
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- Indianapolis, US: Maetrics LLC, one of the leading life sciences consulting firms with a focus on the complex issues that face multinational biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies has completed the purchase of High Edge Consulting Ltd. (“High Edge”), a provider of regulatory and quality assurance assistance for the life science industry. High Edge has been renamed Maetrics Ltd and provide the expanded company with a UK presence from its base in Nottingham, England.
Founded in 1984, Maetrics LLC continues to be headquartered in Indianapolis. The company has offices throughout the US and in Europe and has achieved double-digit growth over the past three years. The acquisition of High Edge Consulting will enable the integration of complementary strengths of the two businesses to support the further growth of the organization.
The newly-acquired company will continue to be based at BioCity Nottingham, England and serving an expanding client portfolio. Established in 2002, High Edge has on average grown by 52% year-on-year since 2009 under the strategic direction of Founder and Managing Director of High Edge Consulting, Peter Rose and Director, Louisa Rose. They will remain as full time Directors of Maetrics Ltd.
