Magaya Launches its Inaugural Global Customer Advisory Board

Magaya today announced the launch of its inaugural Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The Magaya CAB is an outstanding customer community that recognizes a select group of Magaya’s customers who have demonstrated excellence with their Magaya technology platform.

Magaya today announced the launch of its inaugural Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The Magaya CAB is an outstanding customer community that recognizes a select group of Magaya’s customers who have demonstrated excellence with their Magaya technology platform. Members are given the chance to connect with esteemed peers, share best practices, and shape future offerings from Magaya.

Seeking ways to overcome mounting external pressures, logistics service providers are turning to technology in record numbers, with one recent study finding that nearly one out of two companies is currently considering new technology to improve visibility and tracking. Freight forwarders, 3PLs, warehouse operators, customs brokers, and other supply chain businesses are recognizing the value of automation, digitization, and taking a data-driven approach to operations.

Magaya has been at the forefront of bringing innovative technology to the logistics industry for two decades. Working closely with its customers from day one, its focus is developing solutions that simplify complex supply chain processes and equip customers for growth. The Customer Advisory Board will bring new opportunities and channels for collaboration with Magaya and between customers.

A representative and diverse cross-section of Magaya customers will be invited to join the CAB in the first quarter of 2021. Selected users of the Magaya-acquired ACELYNK ABI and Catapult Rate Management solutions will also be invited to participate. The invitation-only Board has a mission of guiding the company’s strategic vision with additional feedback from the logistics community, facilitating networking between customers, and gaining new insights into how customers are using Magaya solutions.
