DECATUR, Alaska, Dec. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Magnolia River International ("Magnolia River"), a leading provider of infrastructure inspection, engineering, GIS, and technology solutions for utilities, today announced the acquisition of the assets of the System Integrity division of Aptus Group USA ("Aptus SI") through Magnolia River's wholly-owned subsidiary, Surview Field Services ("Surview").
Aptus SI provides inspection, rehabilitation, maintenance, and corrosion protection services for bridge-mounted pipelines to utility clients, and is led by industry veteran Kevin Klausmeier, who serves as Vice President of Aptus SI.
Surview Field Services, which provides leak survey and atmospheric corrosion inspection services to utility clients in Southeastern United States, will add highly complementary, bridge-mounted pipeline inspection and rehabilitation capabilities to its offerings with the acquisition of Aptus SI.
