The Quality Business Awards recognizes the top businesses in Canada that have earned an average quality score of 95% or more over the course of the previous 12 months while conducting their day to day efforts with the highest integrity and showing a continuous trend of giving back to the local community and reducing their carbon footprint. Awarded based on an internal point scoring system, a business must have outstanding customer reviews and an esteemed reputation from more than three different platforms, while quick-turn responses to customers and low customer complaints are highly valued for the award.

Mamad Saeedi has served as the owner of MaidPro of Waterloo since January 2020 — a crucial time amid the COVID-19 pandemic, where new normals were being created worldwide and businesses were shuttering each day as a result of pandemic-induced shutdowns. Despite these challenges, Saeedi successfully navigated his team, and his business, through the past year and continued to provide safe and superior service to customers in the Waterloo area. And his thoughtful and deliberate approach to service did not go unnoticed.
