MaintenX International Finds New Way to Honor Remote Workers

MaintenX International proudly recognizes outstanding achievement in remote work through their Remote Rockstars program.

MaintenX International has created the Remote Rockstars program to honor team members working hard from home.

These Remote Rockstar team members have coped admirably in their nontraditional environment, showing consistent high achievement and going above and beyond – we’re proud to have them with us!

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect the way companies across the country conduct business, MaintenX International has found a fun and innovative way to honor the efforts of its valued team. The Remote Rockstar program recognizes members of MaintenX’s administrative team, who are all working remotely, for stellar performance during a difficult time. Department directors nominate two team members every month for the award, giving company-wide recognition to standout employees.

July’s honorees, Lauren Watkins and Carlos Gonzalez, were selected from the North Carolina and Tennessee service teams; August’s, Patricia Velez-Otero and Jennifer Duquette, from the Florida roofing and HVAC team; and September’s, Jenny Delos Santos and Rafael Rodriguez, from the Tampa and California service teams. October’s honorees will be selected from the billing and accounting departments and announced early next week.

“This new era of remote work is a challenge for everyone, so recognizing great performance is even more important than before,” said Mary Ann Velez, MaintenX National Service Director. “These Remote Rockstar team members have coped admirably in their nontraditional environment, showing consistent high achievement and going above and beyond – we’re proud to have them with us!”
