Manolis Kotzabasakis Named CEO at Viewpoint Construction Software
Portland, Ore. (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- Viewpoint Construction Software® today announced that Manolis Kotzabasakis has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective August 10, 2015. He was selected by Viewpoint’s Board of Directors to oversee, lead and drive the Company’s worldwide operations to best meet the growing and progressive technology needs of the construction and capital projects industries. Viewpoint’s former CEO, Jay Haladay, retired earlier this year.
Kotzabasakis is a proven leader in the vertical software industry who brings a unique blend of experience to Viewpoint, having most recently served as Aspen Technology’s Chief Technology Officer and the Executive Vice President of Research & Development. He has also served in numerous other roles on Aspen Technology’s leadership team, including Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategy, where he led the company’s worldwide sales operations. Aspen Technology is the world’s leading supplier of software that optimizes process manufacturing for the construction, oil & gas and chemical engineering industries.
